The court finds that, due to the negligence of a United States Postal employee acting within the scope of his employment, the Plain tiff was injured in a motor vehicle accident on March 7, 2012. As a result of this accident, he suffered damages. The Plaintiff's as yet uncompensated damages consist of $9,171.58 in medical costs and $10,000 in pain and suffering.
