ORDER signed by Judge Lynn Adelman on 9/17/18. IT IS ORERED that plaintiff's motion for leave to file an amended complaint 67 is GRANTED. Pursuant to Civil L.R. 15(c), the clerks office shall docket plaintiffs third amended complaint (Docket No. 67-1) as the operative complaint in this case. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to an informal service agreement between the Wisconsin Department of Justice and this court, copies of plaintiff's complaint and this order are being electron ically sent today to the Wisconsin Department of Justice for service on defendants Barrett and Kelly. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that defendants shall file a responsive pleading to the third amended complaint. IT IS ALSO ORDERED that plaintiff's moti on for the appointment of counsel 53 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's motion to appoint a medical expert 55 is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff's first motion to compel 59 and second moti on to compel 63 are GRANTED. The defendants have 21 days from the date of this order to respond to the contested requests.
