Filing 5 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause within 30 days of the date of this Order why this action should not be transferred, under 28 U.S.C. 1404, to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. For these reasons, and "in the interest of justice," the Court is inclined to transfer this case to the Eastern District of Wisconsin under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). If he so chooses, Plaintiff may submit a brief declaration addressing why this case should not be transferred to the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Plaintiff may wish to address such factors as the convenience of the witnesses and parties, the location of documents relevant to his case, and the weight that should be afforded to his choice of filing in this judicial district. Plaintiff's declaration must be filed with the Court within 30 days of the date of this Order. If Plaintiff does not respond within 30 days of the date of this Order, or fails to show cause why this case should not be transferred, the Court will transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin under 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). For Plaintiff's convenience, a declaration form is attached to this Order. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and to note service on the docket. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
