TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Chief Judge Pamela Pepper on 12/20/2019 re #8 plaintiff's Motion Ordering W.C.I. to Allow Me Access to My Release Account in Order to Pay Partial Filing Fee. The court GRANTS the plaintiff's motion to pay his initial partial filing fee from his release account. As the court stated in its November 22, 2019 order directing the plaintiff to pay an initial partial filing fee, the plaintiff may use his release account to pay any or all of the initial partial filing fee if he does not have sufficient funds in his regular account. The court ORDERS that by January 10, 2020 the plaintiff must forward to the Clerk of Court his initial partial filing fee of $0.77, or file a letter informing the court why he is not able to pay that amount.
