** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** On November 29, 2021, the court dismissed this case for plaintiff's failure to prosecute, since he failed to respond to the court's show cause order from November 2, 2021. (Dkt. #19 .) However, on December 1, 2021, plaintiff submitted two motions seeking an extension of time so that he could recruit an attorney to represent him, and today the court received a motion for appointment of counsel. (Dkt. # #21 , #22 , #23 .) Plaintiff's motion for appointment of counsel is DENIED without prejudice because plaintiff's only obligation at this stage of the lawsuit is to affirm his interest in continuing to litigate it, and indicate whether he opposes a transfer of this lawsuit to the Eastern District of Wisconsin. However, the court will GRANT plaintiff's motions for an extension, REOPEN this case, and give plaintiff one more chance to response to the court's November 2 order. Plaintiff now has until December 29, 2021, to respond to the court's November 2 order by indicating whether he opposes a transfer of this lawsuit to the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
