** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Plaintiff Kareen Hayes, a patient at Chippewa Valley Correctional Treatment Facility, filed this action against his former therapist and her employers, all of whom are located in the Milwaukee area. He now requests that the case be transferred to the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Dkt. #13 . The motion will be GRANTED under 28 U.S.C. 1406. All defendants are located in the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the underlying incidents occurred there, so venue is proper only in the Eastern District.
