TEXT ONLY ORDER signed by Chief Judge Pamela Pepper on 1/30/2023. The plaintiff filed a letter motion, requesting a fifteen-day extension after the current deadline of February 3, 2023 to pay his initial partial filing fee of $1.57. Dkt. No. 9. The plaintiff did not provide the reason he needs more time to pay the fee. The court GRANTS the plaintiff's motion for an extension of time but cautions him that it will not grant any further extension without the plaintiff providing good cause. The court ORDERS that the time for the plaintiff to pay the $1.57 initial partial filing fee is EXTENDED until the end of the day on February 18, 2023. The court further ORDERS that if it has not received the $1.57, or a request from the plaintiff for more time to pay it, by the end of the day on February 18, 2023, the court will dismiss this case and the plaintiff will still owe the full $350 filing fee.
