The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure do not authorize the Court to order a polygraph examination on a party's request. Moreover, as explained in the screening order #10 , at the pleading stage, courts accept as true all allegations contained in a complaint. See Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 678 (2009).
