Upon consideration of #7 the parties' stipulation extending the time for Defendant Associated Bank NA to respond to #1 Plaintiff Wendy Tolmac's complaint, the Court ADOPTS the stipulation. Defendant Associated Bank NA's response to Plaintiffs complaint will be due on or before 9/25/2023. In the future, should the parties wish to move a date set by the Court, or the Federal or Local Rules, they must file a motion to extend that date for the Courts consideration, rather than so stipulating amongst themselves. Further, Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC's #11 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file a responsive pleading is GRANTED as follows. Consistent with the responsive pleading deadline set as to Defendant Associated Bank NA, Defendant Equifax Information Services, LLC's response to Plaintiffs complaint will be due on or before 9/25/2023.
