The court FINDS that the plaintiff has shown good cause and GRANTS his motion for an extension of time. The court ORDERS that the time for the plaintiff to pay the $23.80 initial partial filing fee is EXTENDED until the end of the day on November 7, 2023. The court notes that the plaintiff attached a request he forwarded to prison staff, asking them to send the $23.80 from his release account. Dkt. No. 7-1 at 1. As the court explained it its previous order, the plaintiff may pay his fees from his release account only if he "does not have enough money in his regular trust account. Dkt. No. 6 at 3.
