DEFAULT JUDGMENT in favor of Plaintiff DirecTV, Inc. against Deft David Shutt for statutory damages in the amount of $10,000.00, its costs in the amount of $100.00, and attorneys' fees in the amount of $250.00, for a total of 6;10,350.00, together with post-judgment interest at 3.88%; Deft David Shutt is hereby permanently enjoined from committing any violation of 47 U.S.C. Section 605 or 18 U.S.C. Section 2511 or aiding or assisting others in such commissions; it is further ordered that the Complaint is dismissed in its entirety. Signed by Judge G.
