OPINION AND ORDER granting Equity Fund and the United Group's 65 motion for summary judgment. All of the Lodge's claims against the Equity Fund and the United Group are dismissed with prejudice. The Lodge moved for leave to file its s econd amended complaint as a means of responding to the motion for summary judgment filed by the Equity Fund and the United Group.
