As discussed during the conference call on the record held on October 31, 2006, the Court is requesting that the parties make a presentation in connection with the Full Compliance Hearing scheduled for December 1, 2006. Specifically, the Court wishes the parties to present examples of the new templates and of the protocol documents as they relate to the RESET plan. In addition, the Court would appreciate a comparison of the protocol documents related to the RESET plan and the protocol documents that were previously determined not to be effective. The Court notes that it would prefer to conduct the entire Hearing in open court, to the extent that the presentation described can be made in open court without raising issues regarding trade secrets. Finally, the Court requests that, on or before November 17, 2006, the parties let the Court know how long they anticipate the presentation described would take, including the presentation of any evidence or testimony as well as demonstrative aids, so that the Court can ensure enough time is allotted to the Full Compliance Hearing on the Court's calendar.
