Filing 40 ORDER granting Defendant's 34 Motion to Compel Initial Disclosures. Plaintiffs are ORDERED to supplement their initial disclosures and to serve those supplemental disclosures on Defendant's counsel on or before October 1, 2015. Based o n these findings, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Motion to recover the reasonable expenses, including attorneys' fees, for bringing its Motion to Compel.
