OPINION AND ORDER The Plaintiffs remand request is based entirely upon his request to review new medical evidence. However, the Court finds that the Plaintiffs new medical records are inadmissible. Further, the ALJ decision is based upon substantial evidence and the error regarding Dr. Maya was harmless. Therefore, the Court affirms the ALJs decision. ***Civil Case Terminated. Signed by Judge Joseph S Van Bokkelen on 3/5/14. cc:pltf(kjp)
