Filing 31 OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the Opinion and Order, the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment 27 is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Summary Judgment is DENIED on Jeremiah Stone's excessive force claim to the ext ent that it alleges that allowing the canine to continue attacking him following his apprehension constituted excessive force, and it is DENIED on his failure to intervene claim against Officers Brockman and Boone.
