Filing 64 OPINION AND ORDER: GRANTING 36 MOTION TO DISMISS FOR FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM and MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction by Defendants Mike Bozymski, Paul Joyce, Michael R Pence, Tammy White with respect to the federal claims alleged in the S econd Amended Complaint 30 , and Counts 13, 7, and 9 of the Second Amended Complaint are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. I decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiffs' state law claims (Counts 46, 8, and 10), and they are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to the plaintiffs' ability to file them in state court.
