| Filing 16 TELEPHONIC RULE 16 PRELIMINARY PRETRIAL CONFERENCE held on 3/19/2020, before Magistrate Judge Joshua P Kolar. Pla appeared by atty Ryan Etter. Dfts appeared by atty Lyle Hardman. Court addresses current national health crisis (COVID-19) and the potential need to extend previously submitted deadlines. Parties are agreeable to adopting the deadlines with the understanding that the Court would likely find good cause to extend the deadlines should the need arise. The Report filed as DE #15 is ADOPTED as follows: Initial Disclosures to be exchanged by 4/30/2020. All discovery to be completed by 4/30/2021. Plaintiff expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the defendant by 12/31/2020. Defendant expert witness disclosures and reports to be delivered to the plaintiff by 2/1/2021. The last date any party may seek leave of court to join additional parties and to amend the pleadings is 9/30/2020. Richard McDevitt appointed as mediator. Results of the mediation shall be filed with the court no later than 10 days before the final pretrial conference. Mediation to be completed by 11/30/2020. All other agreements of the parties concerning discovery are adopted. Magistrate Consent forms ddl extended to 4/9/2020. All other dates/ddls to be set by presiding judge at a later time.
