OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 26 Motion for Summary Judgment. Ms. Conley is not entitled to claim UIM coverage under the umbrella policy by means of waiver or estoppel. However, factual issues remain regarding whether such coverage exists under the policy and whether State Farm acted in bad faith. The Court will contact the parties to schedule a status conference to set a trial date. Signed by Judge Jon E DeGuilio on 3/31/2015. (rmc)
