MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - The Commissioner's determination that Boken was not disabled is reversed and remanded for further proceedings consistent with this order. Judgment shall enter in favor of Boken and against the Commissioner. On remand, the ALJ must re-weigh the medical evidence and provide good reasons for the weight given to the opinions of record. The ALJ shall also re-evaluate Boken's credibility and make any additional findings necessary to the sequential evaluation process. Signed by Judge Leonard T Strand on 2/19/2016. (src)
