August 17, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 40 ORDER - Based on the foregoing and on all of the files, records, and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Plaintiff Michael Werb's motion for summary judgment 19 is DENIED. Defendants' motion for summary judgment 13 is GRANTE D IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Specifically, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED with respect to defendant Goodrich Corporation. Plaintiff's claims against defendant Goodrich Corporation are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE AND ON T HE MERITS. Defendants' motion for summary judgment is DENIED with respect to defendant ReliaStar Life Insurance Company.
