Spooner v. The Associated Press, Inc. et al
NBA referee Bill Spooner sues the Associated Press and AP reporter Jon Krawczynski over a tweet on the news agency's Twitter account, alleging that the Tweet defamed, and "knowingly, recklessly, and negligently implied" that Spooner had engaged in "a form of game fixing" with Minnesota Timberwolves basketball coach Kurt Rambis.
