MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1. Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate Judgment, Reopen the Summary Judgment Record and/or for a New Trial 55 is GRANTED; 2. Judgment herein entered on November 29, 2012 is hereby vacated ; 3. The record on summary judgment is hereby reopened with respect to the claim for intentional interference with contract and the documents sought by Plaintiff to be made a part of the summary judgment record are hereby made a part of that record; and 4.
