No. 1 ) is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 3. BOA's, MERSORPS's, and MERS' Motions for Sanctions (Doc. Nos. 31 , 32 & 33 ) are GRANTED. 4. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11, attorney William Butler shall reimburse BOA, MERSCORP, and MERS in the amount of their reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred in litigating this action . Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, BOA, MERSCORP, and MERS shall submit affidavits in support of the attorney fees and expenses incurred. Within one week from the date that Defendants submit their affidavits in support of attorney fees and expenses, Plaintiffs counsel will be permitted to file a response, limited to the issue of the reasonableness of the requested amount of attorney fees and costs. Filing 43 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER 1. Defendants' respective motions to dismiss (Doc. Nos. 5 , 8 , & 11 ) are GRANTED. 2. Plaintiffs' Complaint (Doc. No. 1 ) is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 3. BOA's, MERSORPS's, and MERS' Motions for Sanctions (Doc. Nos. 31 , 32 & 33 ) are GRANTED. 4. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 11, attorney William Butler shall reimburse BOA, MERSCORP, and MERS in the amount of their reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred in litigating this action . Within fourteen (14) days of the date of this Order, BOA, MERSCORP, and MERS shall submit affidavits in support of the attorney fees and expenses incurred.
