Garrison, jointly and severally, the sum of $6,005.00, which represents the full amount of reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Defendant in defending this action; Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1927, and as an alternative sanction, Defendant shall recover from Dustin A. Garrison the sum of $660.00, which represents the amoun t of reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Defendant since February 29, 2012; and In all other respects, the motion is denied. Defendant's 18 Motion for Attorney Fees is denied. Judgment shall be entered by separate document. Ordered by Senior Judge Richard G. Kopf. (ADB)
