MEMORANDUM OPINION - The record before the Court demonstrates that Mr. Jones has not received any retirement funds, nor does he have an interest in retirement funds as defined by 11 U.S.C. § 522(b)(3)(C). Neither does he have any interest that q ualifies for an exemption under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 25-1563.01. Accordingly, the judgment of the bankruptcy court will be affirmed. A separate Order and Judgment will be entered in accordance with this Memorandum Opinion. Ordered by Chief Judge Laurie Smith Camp. (AOA)
