The pretrial conference and trial deadlines contained in the February 5, 2015, Order (Filing No. 13 ) are terminated. In accordance with the timelines in the February 5, 2015, Order, the parties shall initiate drafting the Order on Final Pretrial Conference so that the defendant may submit the draft within thirty days of the court's resolution of the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Filing No. 19 ). October 2, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 23 ORDER - This matter is before the Court sua sponte. The Court notes that Filing No. 21 is intended to be defendant's brief in support of its motion for summary judgment. However, only the certificate of service is filed. The brief itself is not filed in CM/ECF. As a result, the Court shall give the defendant 7 days from the date of this Order to file its brief. Thereafter, the plaintiff has 14 days to file a brief in opposition and evidence in opposition to the motion for summary judgment. Failure to do so will likely result in dismissal of this case. December 9, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 7 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that Plaintiff's hostile work environment, disparate treatment, and retaliation claims may proceed and service of process is now warranted. To obtain service of process on Defendant, Plaintiff must complete and return the summons form that the Clerk of the court will provide. The Clerk of the court shall send ONE summons form and ONE USM-285 form to Plaintiff together with a copy of this Memorandum and Order. Plaintiff shall, as soon as possible, complete the forms a nd send the completed forms back to the Clerk of the court. Upon receipt of the completed forms, the Clerk of the court will sign the summons forms, to be forwarded with a copy of the Complaint, to the U.S. Marshal for service of process. The Cler k of the court is directed to set a case management deadline with the following text: "April 6, 2015: Check for completion of service of summons." Ordered by Senior Judge Joseph F.
