The amended complaint must (1) clearly set forth a short and plain statement of the claims against each Defendant; (2) set forth each legal theory and how it r elates to each Defendant; and (3) show cause why this case should not be dismissed for her failure to file suit within 90 days of her receipt of a right-to-sue letter from the EEOC. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint in accordance with this Memorandum and Order, this matter will be dismissed without further notice. The court reserves the right to conduct further review of Plaintiff's claims pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) after she addresses the matters set fort h in this Memorandum and Order.
