ORDER - IT IS ORDERED: The parties' Stipulated Agreement to Arbitration (filing 13 ) is granted. Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society's motion to stay and to compel arbitration (filing 5 ) is granted. This case is stayed pendin g arbitration. The parties are directed to proceed to arbitration pursuant to their stipulation. Every 60 days from the date of this order, counsel for the parties shall file a joint status report regarding the progress of arbitration proceedings.
