MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - Upon consideration of the record, the court finds Defendant has met its burden of proving transfer to Virginia federal court is proper.1) Plaintiff's motion to file reply brief in opposition to Defendant's motion to transfer venue, (Filing No. 24 ), is granted. All briefings were taken into consideration.2) Defendant's motion to transfer venue, (Filing No. 16 ), is granted.3) This lawsuit is transferred to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
