MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - The defendants Oxygen Frog, LLC, Stillwater Glass, LLC, and Scott D. Fleischman's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction (filing 18 ) is granted. The plaintiff's motion for leave to file second a ffidavit of Marc Kornbluh (filing 32 ) is granted. The plaintiff's motion to amend (filing 28 ) is denied as moot.
