ORDER: Dove's motion to strike the Second Amended Complaint (Doc. 29) is denied. Counts 2, 3 and 4 as alleged in Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint are dismissed with prejudice. Dove's motion to dismiss Plaintiffs complaint for lack of pe rsonal jurisdiction over Dove (Doc. 19) is granted. Plaintiff's motion to conduct additional jurisdictional discovery (Doc. 20) is denied as moot. Plaintiffs' alternative motion to transfer venue of this case to the Northern District of Alabama (Doc. 22) is granted.
