ORDER granting in part 93 Motion for approval of stipulation of Settlement and 97 Plaintiff's unopposed Motion for Attorney Fees. The Motions are GRANTED but for the percentage of attorneys fees to be allocated to counsel from the Settl ement Fund. The parties are instructed to modify the final Settlement to include a 25% award of attorneys fees, as opposed to a 33% award, for a total award of $102,500. The Court approves the request for litigation costs in the amou nt of $10,750, the award of $5,000 incentive awards to each Plaintiff Vigna and Plaintiff Abidin, and the proposed method for Settlement administration.
