NOTATION ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery (Doc. #3 ). Whether to grant expedited discovery is within this Court's discretion under a good cause standard. 5ifth Element Creative, LLC v. Kirsch, No. 5:10-cv-255, 2010 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 110722, at *2 (E.D. Ky. Oct. 18, 2010). Good cause to justify granting expedited discovery has been found in narrow circumstances, such as those involving information necessary for a preliminary injunction. Id. Plaintiff has neither filed a motion seeking injunctive relief nor provided reason to justify such a broad request for expedited discovery in the absence of such a motion.
