The terms of this Permanent Injunction are as set forth above. American Telephone and Brandeberry are both liable for the damages awarded by the jury. This final judgment is also set forth above. Finally, Yellowbook&# 039;s reasonable attorneys' fee award in the amount of $209,010 is adjusted downward by 19.3%.
