OPINION AND ORDER ON NORCOR DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS: NORCOR defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim 4 is granted in part and deferred in part. Although I grant the NORCOR defendants' motion to dismi ss the section 1983 claim against them, Turner is permitted to amend his complaint to allege a policy or practice of deliberate indifference. I defer the NORCOR defendants' motion to dismiss Turner's negligence claim pending further briefing.
