Filing 42 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER, Motions terminated re 37 MOTION to Compel filed by Danny Camacho - The pltfs motion to compel is DENIED, in part, and GRANTED, in part, as follows: On or before October 24, 2013, we direct the defendants to provid e to the Court for its in camera inspection the documents in their possession regarding the prison transfer decisions at issue in this litigation. Armed with this information the Court can determine: (1) whether this information is relevant to the is sues raised in this case; (2) whether it is subject to any valid claim of privilege recognized by the Federal Rules; and (3) to what extent, in what format, and under what conditions it may be released to the plaintiff.
