The Clerk of Courts is directed to terminate all individual Defendants from this action. The only claims remaining in this action are Plaintiffs FTCA claims against the United States alleging: 1) negligent discontinuance of hypertension medication and negligent treatment of diabetes, which allegedly caused him to suffer from back injuries; and 2) negligent denial of a soft shoe pass and medical shoes for his allegedly swollen feet. Filing 68 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION that the partial motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, motion for partial summary judgment filed by Defendants 57 is GRANTED.
