Filing 83 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that Security Alarm Financing Enterprises, Inc. (SAFE), is awarded damages, including prejudgment interest on the compensatory portion only, in the total sum of $1,132,028.42; directing that Secure US is en joined from (1) making any further use of the proprietary SAFE contracts, (2) disseminating any further false statements about SAFE, or (3) continuing to misuse SAFE's confidential and proprietary customer information obtained through Kesler Communications, Inc.
