ORDER denying 8 MOTION by Cook Biotech, Inc., Cook Incorporated, Cook Medical, Inc. to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Monetary Sanctions. It is further ORDERED that the plaintiffs have 30 business days from the entry of this Order to subm it to Cook a completed PPF. Failure to comply with this Order will result in dismissal with prejudice upon motion by the defendant.
