MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF STATUS CONFERENCE AND SCHEDULING ORDER upon status conference held 3/14/2016; directing that Plaintiff Tribble's 51 Request for Modification of Order is DENIED as moot; Plaintiffs' 59 Consolidated Reply, Motion to Strike, and Motion for a More Definite Statement is DENIED; Plaintiff Tribble's 60 Motion for a Scheduling Order and for discovery is GRANTED; Plaintiff Tribble's 61 Motion for the Appointment of Counsel is DENIED, without pre judice to reconsideration should circumstances change; Plaintiff Tribble's 72 Motion for Leave to File Plaintiffs' Consolidated Second Amended Complaint is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, as more fully set forth herein; further direct ing that the parties shall exchange the names and addresses of witnesses and a brief summary of their knowledge on or before 3/31/2016; defendant shall supply the plaintiffs with copies of all documents in his possession and control pertaining to the lockdown on or before 4/4/2016; the parties shall have through and including 4/18/2016 in which to join additional parties and amend the pleadings; the parties shall serve all written discovery requests by 6/10/2016, as more fully set forth herein, and all depositions shall be completed by 8/19/2016; the party bearing the burden of proof on an issue shall make the Fed. R. Civ.
