Coleman are directed to file affidavits responding only to Movant's specific claims of ineffective assistance of counsel by 7/22/2016, as more fully set forth herein; further directing that th e attorney-client privilege, which attaches to the communications between Movant and his former counsel, shall not be deemed automatically waived in any other Federal or State proceeding by virtue of the above-ordered disclosure in this section 2255 proceeding; further directing that the United States' 126 MOTION for an abeyance is GRANTED; directing that the United States' response to Movant's section 2255 motion shall be filed by 8/22/2016 and Movant's reply shall be filed by 9/22/2016.
