ORDERED that the amended complaint be stricken from the docket and returned to the plaintiff. In the interest of fairness, the court deems it appropriate to allow the plaintiff another opportunity to file an appropriate amended complaint. ORDERED that on or before September 30, 2020 the plaintiff shall file an amended complaint that: 1. Contains claims which relate in time and place regarding actions or conditions which occurred or are occurring at Easterling. Claims concerning separate attacks made against him at different times by various inmates must be brought in separate civil actions. The plaintiff is advised that he should choose one alleged attack by other inmates and any actions related to this attack specific attack OR the COVID-19 conditions claims to raise in the amended complaint. All other unrelated claims mu be presented in separate complaints, as further set out in order. To aid the plaintiff in filing an amended complaint in response to the directives of this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide him with a copy of the form used by prisoners to file 1983 complaints, and the plaintiff shall use this form in filing his amended complaint. The amended complaint will supersede any prior complaint filed in this case. Thus, the court will consider only those claims set forth in the amended complaint and the defendant(s) named in the amended complaint so long as the plaintiff complies with the directives of this order.
