All other unrelated claims mu be presented in separate complaints, as further set out in order. To aid the plaintiff in filing an amended complaint in response to the directives of this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide him with a copy of the form used by prisoners to file 1983 complaints, and the plaintiff shall use this form in filing his amended complaint. The amended complaint will supersede any prior complaint filed in this case. Thus, the court will consider only those claims set forth in the amended complaint and the defendant(s) named in the amended complaint so long as the plaintiff complies with the directives of this order.
