ORDER: United States District Judge William Keith Watkins has referred this case to the undersigned for action or recommendation on all pretrial matters. See Doc. #6 . Plaintiffs, proceeding pro se, have filed an application to proceed without prepayment of fees. Docs. #2 ; #2 -1. Because there are two plaintiffs, the court requires an application from each plaintiff to determine if neither can pay the filing fee, thus entitling the parties to proceed in formapauperis. As best the court can tell from Doc. #2 -1, although the application is signed by both plaintiffs, the application submitted contains the financial information for only one plaintiff, and it is not entirely clear which plaintiff that is. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that plaintiffs shall, on or before January 29, 2021, file two separate, completed applications to proceed in forma pauperis.
