ORDER: On 3/2/2021, the USDC/SDAL transferred the case to this court for review and disposition. In the Amended Complaint, Plaintiff, an inmate currently incarcerated at the Holman CF, challenges conditions in the AL prison system due to systematic overcrowding and understaffing and attendant violence resulting from these conditions. Doc. #10 . The Amended Complaint has not yet been served on Defendants. Before the court is Plaintiff's request for a three-judge court to hear his complaint and issue a prisoner release order under 18 U.S.C. 3626(a)(3)(A). Doc. #11 . At this stage of the proceedings in the present case, however, the undersigned finds empaneling a three-judge court is premature. Plaintiff's request for a three-judge court is therefore DENIED at this time. Plaintiff is advised that the undersigned may reconsider his request for a three-judge panel at an appropriate time.
