ORDER: it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1) that the court's December 4, 2023 Order (Doc. #4 ) is WITHDRAWN; 2) that no later than January 18, 2024 Plaintiff must either pay the full $405.00 in civil filing and administrative fees as required under 28 U.S.C. 1914(a) or must request leave to proceed in forma pauperis by completing and filing an AO Form 240, also known as the Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Short Form); 3) that Plaintiff's original request under 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1) for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ) is DENIED as moot; and 4) that Plaintiff must provide notice to the court and Defendants (or Defendants' counsel) within ten days following any future change in address.
