MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER - For the reasons stated above, the Court finds that there are no genuine issues of material fact as to Mr. Vieuxs Bivens claims. The Court enters judgment as matter of law in favor of defendants Holbrook, Alley, and Burr ell with respect to Mr. Vieuxs Bivens claims. Therefore, the Court SETS a bench trial for 9:00 a.m. on August 29, 2016 in Courtroom 7B, 1729 Hugo L. Black United States Courthouse.
