ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AND PRESERVING STATUS QUO: Respondents are ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from removing Petitioner from the District of Alaska pending further order of this Court. If Petitioner has already been moved out of the District of Alaska at this time, within 24 hours of the filing of this order, Respondents shall file a Notice of Prior Removal. Respondents shall respond to this Order to Show Cause no later than June 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Petitioner may reply no later than June 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. A hearing on the Order to Show Cause is set in this matter for June 17, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in Anchorage Courtroom 2 before Chief Judge Sharon L.
