Filing 19 (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no pdf document associated with this entry.) ORDER granting in part Plaintiff's motion to dismiss party #18 . At Plaintiff's request, Defendants Culclager, Ricketts, and Musselwhite are dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiff's request to add Mr. Mayfield as a defendant is denied without prejudice. To add a defendant, Plaintiff must file an amended complaint outlining the specific facts about how Mr. Mayfield violated his rights. Plaintiff must also include all the defendants and claims he wishes to pursue in this case because an amended complaint will render his original complaint without legal effect.
