ORDER approving and adopting 8 Proposed Findings and Recommendations in their entirety as this Court's findings in all respects. It is therefore ordered that Eddie Volitons petition for a writ of habeas corpus is denied, and this case is dism issed with prejudice. The Court will not issue a certificate of appealability because Mr. Voliton has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right. 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c).
